Return & Refund-policy

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all orders.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• Damaged product
• Defective product
• Incorrect item received

To be eligible, the product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Requests raised after 7 days of delivery

Refunds

• Refunds are processed for approved returns or cancelled orders before dispatch.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–7 business days, plus bank processing time.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Important Note

For most cases, we offer a replacement. Refunds are provided if a replacement is not available.
